As first-time homebuyers, we thought Robert was amazing. He took the time to learn what we were looking for and asked insightful questions about what we thought when we toured homes. Over time, he learned more about what we were looking for than even we were able to articulate ourselves. Toward the end of our search, we could tell that every home he was recommending was zeroing in closer and closer to “the one”. He was also very responsive to our questions and very patient when we hit a string of no-go homes. When we finally did find our home, Robert was there every step of the way to help us through the complicated and stressful process of buying a home for the first time.

As bad luck would have it, the Coronavirus pandemic hit our area just as we were about to close. When we found out the night before our scheduled closing that we had to be quarantined, Robert worked overtime with the sellers and title company to work out a plan to close a week late without us having to leave our apartment! We sincerely believe that we likely would have lost our new home if not for the hard work and expertise of our agent.
